ALL deliveries MUST BE ACCEPTED on the FIRST delivery attempt. If you cannot accept your overnight delivery on the first attempt please contact us before we ship your order.
If there is obvlious package damage or you suspect a coral is dead on arrival, you must provide photographs via our contact doa form DOA CONTACT with all bags intact WITH IN 2 HOURS of delivery. If you suspect a coral/frag is dead, DO NOT OPEN THE BAG!. Opening the bag negates this DOA Policy and no considerations will be made.
If a DOA is granted, a credit or replacement will be given towards the next order.
Customer assumes all shipping charges on any replacements.
Standard shipping costs will apply to any replacement orders unless otherwise agreed upon by C and M Services.
